I can not either download or update software through App store in El Capitan

After upgrading to OS X 10.11 El Capitan, I unable to either download or update software through App store. This did not happen in Yosemite 10.10. Is any one experiencing the same problem?

You can attempt the following solutions in order from to until getting rid of the trouble.

  • Make sure you are not using any app that monitor and prevent the internet connection like Little snitch.
  • I strongly suggest changing to another WiFi network.
  • Sign-in to your App Store, then Sign-out, then Sign-in again.
  • Restart your Mac.
  • Change DNS to Google DNS.

Be patient or Use a better WiFi connection. Easy case :frowning:
