It has a very low vram and the graphics is very poor!!! How to get the vram up???
To increase the svga.vramSize setting:
- Power off the virtual machine.
- Right-click on the virtual machine and select Edit Settings.
- Click the Hardware tab.
- Click Video Card.
- Select Enter total video RAM and enter a higher value.
- Finally, Click on OK.
Power on the virtual machine to see the change

But the animation of the launchpad worse…
I also want to ask that whether there is a Mac os x mavericks image in here?
Because I find that the mavericks works much better then Yosemite in vmware

You need to use Unlocker 208 if you use VMWare Player/Workstation V12
can i upgrade it to el capitan?
Never mind, El Capitan works flawlessly! Thanks a lot for your tutorial!

It works, if you download new Unlocker Tool for VMWare11/12: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/339-unlocker/
Just extract to VMWare MacOS image folder and run the command with admin (run as admin). Then you can choose Max OS in VMWAre. All infos are here, too: http://www.sysprobs.com/vmware-workstation-8-0-8-0-1-unlocker-to-run-mac-os-x-guest-in-windows-7
Turn on virtualization option on bios setup in your computer or laptop
Thanks a lot …
